Succulent Sunday with Sue Whitney
Sue Whitney is the creative genius behind JUNKMARKET, a company that helps individuals incorporate vintage finds and industrial accents into their homes and gardens. Whitney is the author of Decorating JUNKMARKET Style, JUNK Beautiful: Room-by Room Makeovers, JUNK Beautiful: Outdoor Edition, JUNK Beautiful: Furniture ReFreshed and her new release JUNK Beautiful: She Sheds! She has been featured on the Hallmark's Channel's Home & Family. the Today Show and the Jason Show; and has contributed to numerous national magazines. She has also been a keynote speaker at large shows around the country including Country Living Fairs in Ohio and Atlanta.

Vintage container, prepared soil, a variety of succulents (up to 3 per container depending on size), moss cover, decorative rock and/or other embellishments, hands on planting and design with expert guidance, dessert and beverage basket. Also included is a question and answer session with Sue Whitney, author of the best selling JUNK Beautiful book series.

Please join us under the tent at Homestead Studios for a creative days of summer event "Succulent Sunday with Sue". Think of this as a vintage succulent bar! Choose a cool container, learn how to properly prepare soil, design an inspired mini garden and how to care for your finished work of living art! Sue will have all of the tools necessary on hand all set in an inspirational environment to get your inner creative juices flowing. Once your works of love are finished enjoy a wrap up session with Sue with a little sweet treat and beverage. Come armed with any questions you might have on vintage gardening, interior design, re-purposing or anything else that's on your vintage mind. Sue's motto comes from an Oscar Wilde quote.
